Graduation for Beginners-Junior Black Belt Classes plus Black Belts and Adult classes this Wednesday, May 18th and this Thursday, May 19th during your regular scheduled classes.

SPARRING WEEK

Next week is sparring week and since it is the week after graduation you will not need your sparring gear it is SUMO Sparring. So make sure to bring your little bitty whitey tide-dies. 🙂 Just kidding!
