6-week challenge begins friday, july 24th
These seminars are for all ages and ranks. We encourage friends, parents and family members to participate. In fact, anyone getting this special announcement is asked to participate. Even if you are not currently a student at Tri-Star martial arts academy.
Week 1 – martial arts athlete
friday, july 24th
a martial arts athlete is fast, powerful & ready to compete. they can win in the ring and in life. Training as a martial arts athlete is the only way to train!
Week 2 – martial arts xtreme
friday, july 31st
a xtreme martial arts athlete has the ability to perform highly skilled moves under pressure. Life presents a lot of pressure. training xtreme helps us deal with challenges mentally, emotionally, socially & physically.
Week 3 – bully prevention
friday, august 7th
1 in 4 kids report being bullied. 160,000 kids don’t want to go to school because of bullying. not to mention the tens of thousands that are bullied online. It’s not if you will get bullied, it’s when. Our goal is to get every family in our community to this event and pledge to stop bulling. You will help us change the community forever!
Week 4 – child abduction prevention
friday, august 14th
as a parent you want the best for your children. you want them to be happy, healthy & confident. so you teach them what you know based on your experiences. but you can’t teach what you haven’t experienced!
Week 5 – martial arts pro athlete stand-up defense
friday, august 21st
a martial arts pro athlete is elite, dedicated & never quits. life is tough. but a martial arts pro athlete is tougher on themselves than life can ever be on them. They know how to stand up and fight when needed!
Week 6 – martial arts pro athlete ground defense
friday, august 28th
a martial arts pro athlete is also well rounded and flexible. when life throws a curve ball they know how to adapt. even to the point their taken down. they know how to handle the ground.
