We can do basic self-defense, martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, grappling, knife defense, gun defense, impact weapon defense, discuss philosophy, talk about being a better parent, time management, goal setting, anger management, safe proof your house, safe proof your work place, your choice.
No strings attached.
This is not a gimmick or a pitch.
It’s just a way to acknowledge you as a mother.
